Information Services Development Analyst
The role: Responsible for the development, support and ongoing management of our core Work Management System (Maximo) and other FM related software packages.
To analyse, configure and deploy our FM solutions, primarily Maximo, for new and existing contracts
To develop and implement new FM systems functionality in Maximo or other packages to support the requirements of the business
To provide 2nd line support, administration, and training services to the business
To undertake system audits to ensure quality of data capture and reporting.
The person: Must have experience in Maximo functional design and configuration, preferably including Maximo extensions/customisations/automation scripts
Must have a working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of relational databases
Must have practical experience of the development life cycle gained within a business systems environment
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Will hold a relevant qualification, preferably Engineering, Computer Science or Business Systems
Will have excellent communication and documentation skills
Will have good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline
