We seek to support the employment of reservists, and also veterans; working in partnership with providers such as the Career Transition Partnership to ensure opportunities are visible. We seek to support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces through accommodating their training, something which is specifically referenced in our Attendance Management Policy. We endeavour to offer flexibility in granting leave to service spouses and partners.
Armed forces initiatives continue to be an area of focus across the Group for the year ahead.
