Marlow, SL7 3RQ - On Application

Lead and coordinate all aspects of planning, delivery and site operations to ensure the safe execution of first-class outdoor military experiences that meet client expectations and contribute to the sustainable growth of Operation Encounter.

Set up and owned by two ex-military officers, Operation Encounter delivers outdoor, military-themed adventurous activities for schools and corporate groups.
With a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, communication and resilience, we help people of all ages to learn more about themselves and each other, and what makes military leaders and teams so effective.

If successful, there may be an opportunity to extend or repeat the contract.
