Since its conception in 2012, the Royal Marines Rehabilitation has gone from strength to strength. 2016 boasted over 200 competitors, serving and veteran, male and female, representing a multitude of different injuries from UK forces, United States Marine Corp, and the Netherland Marine Corps.

There are now six classifications, with two different race distances.  The event has received some amazing support over the years from Hollywood actor Henry Cavill and the attendance of HRH Prince Harry in 2013.

The event has continually been supported by The Royal Marines Charity, Help for Heroes Sports Recovery Programme and Castle Triathlon Series.

Tri-Service, Veteran, Wounded, Injured or Sick... all welcome

Not sure you can complete a triathlon? Ask yourself this:

  1. Can you swim 6 lengths of a swimming pool?
  2. Can you ride 6 miles on a bike?
  3. Can you spend 10 minutes on a rowing machine?
  4. Could you do one of the above in a Team Relay?
