This weekend, the RTS 3 Peaks Challenge takes place, raising funds for children and young adults of have been diagnosed with Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome (RTS). The team of 12 undertaking this challenge includes Peter Bisgrove. Peter is a close friend of Rich Wyatt, whose son Jack suffers from the rare chromosome disorder.
If scaling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within a 24 hour period wasn’t enough, Peter will also be carrying the equivalent of Jack’s weight (10KG) in his rucksack.
The Royal Marines Charity are delighted to feature in a 1 KG slot in Peter Bigroves rucksack for the ‘RTS 3 Pearks Challenge’.
“This has created great excitement for the RTS Support Group, to know that the RM’s have shown an interest in the support of families with this debilitating syndrome”
